The broad U-shaped design of this bi-level deck places it in the out-of-the-ordinary category. Wrapping around three rooms, the 600-square-foot deck allows multiple views and access.
A unique aspect of this deck is the creation of two separate deck spaces. The separation of these two areas is reinforced by using distinctly different decking surface patterns.
This deck also has some custom amenities to make outdoor entertaining a breeze. A wet bar is tucked into a corner created by the adjoining study and gathering room. A built-in bench is aligned with one side of the deck's perimeter, located just outside of the study.
Spacious yet intimate, the deck features plenty of room outside of the dining room for a table and chairs, providing a convenient place to relax and enjoy meals. Stairs to the ground level and a safety railing around the perimeter complete this picture-perfect design.
